Baby Schedule

One of my neighbors is having twins. She is due the First of August. I wanted to make her something to help her get ready for the baby. I asked for some ideas on the DSM message board because there is a few ladies on there that have twins or are going to have twins. After that I decided to do a schedule for her to help her keep track of the feeding and stuff. Here is what I came up with.

Feeding Schedule

I was really fun to make. I took some cardstock and sized it so it was 9.5 x 12. Then cut strips that were 12x4 and glued them for the pockets. Printed out the papers. I also laminated them. I was going to put “The Twins schedule” on the front but I thought later on she might like to store other things in the pockets.

Top Ten Album

Those of you who know me know that I am not a paper scrapper. I have never paper scrapped in my life. Well I did try it once about six years ago and decided that it was not for me. Well when I went to the DSM Digital Scrapbooking Retreat we had a hybrid class. We got to make a top 10 album. 6 out of the 10 are paper scrapped. Here it is.

Digital Scrapbooking Retreat

Last weekend I had a a chance to go to a digital scrapbooking retreat. It was so much fun and I learns heaps. We had classes all day Friday then David came up and spent the night with me. Sheila took the kids for the night. Thank you Sheila. Then Saturday we had class from 9 am to 4 pm. I got to meet April Anderton. She is someone I have idiolist in the digital scrapbook industry since I first started. I also loved her class. All of the class were great. I have been playing all week with the new goodies that I bought.

Here is one of my finished products. I will post more as I get them done.

Well I have not been very good with the 365 day challenge. I was good the first week so I think I will concentrate on doing a photo every week.

The steering wheel of the bank car my dad made us for Christmas

It snowed last night. The power went out at about 12:00 am. We were still up so we shut down the servers, they are hooked up to a battery backup, and when to bed. So much for the movie we were going to watch. The power came back on at 12:45 and our bedroom light came on and woke me up.
